In particular, Lennar plans to construct new homes in the community starting at around 1,800 square feet of living space. Homes in the area from Lennar are expected to start priced on the lower end of the Wild Blue price scale, with more spacious floor plans priced in the $700,000s. This allows for some floor plans in the new community to include around 3,800 square feet of living space.

The company has already announced some of its home designs will feature impressive lake views in Wild Blue, including some of the company’s existing home designs, as well as the addition of some new, exclusive floor plans to this brand new community of homes in Estero.
Potential buyers should expect to see some of the very first model homes in Wild Blue going up sometime in early to mid 2019. They’ll be followed by other model homes opening later in the year.
Along with the outdoor recreation possibilities of Wild Blue, added future amenities suggest the inclusion of a clubhouse with a fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool.
