In particular, Lennar plans to construct new homes in the community starting at around 1,800 square feet of living space. Homes in the area from Lennar are expected to start priced on the lower end of the WildBlue price scale, with more spacious floor plans priced in the $700,000s. This allows for some floor plans in the new community to include around 3,800 square feet of living space.
