From wave runners and Jet Skis to paddleboards and kayaks, a waterfront lifestyle is hard to surpass.

While many of the condos provide easy boating access here, others simply bask in the enjoyment of views overlooking the Gulf or one of the bays. In particular, privately gated Vintage Bay provides waterfront views, yet the peacefulness of a setting close to nature preserves.

Found in a less developed part of the island, the gated condos here serve up sensational views of Barfield Bay. It’s only one such location, however, that you’ll find an enjoyable collection of Marco Island waterfront condos.

South End

Old Marco

It’s possible here to find a cozy one-bedroom condo in the high $100,000s to $200,000s, still with the advantage of a waterfront lifestyle and complimented by an established community. Each unit of the property boasts its own water views.

The Olde Marco condos, meanwhile, are ideal for investors. These waterfront condos overlook the Marco River and Isles of Capri in a quiet setting more removed from some of the island’s more popular tourist spots. Yet more options exist within Angler’s Cove with a boat dock providing easy ocean access. As well, the contemporary units are treated to waterfront views.

Clam Bay

While technically water-indirect, some of the condos of Clam Bay are also desirable for their easy water access. One of the most unique properties for waterfront condos on Marco Island exist here, within South Seas Club.

This gated community offers the enjoyment of waterfront and boat condos. As some of the mid-rise condos here are right on Clam Bay, residents are sure to delight in charming water views with boat docks right outside. As well, other residents of South Seas delight in waterfront views of the bay and the canals, also with boating access and direct Marco Beach access.

Another property within this area is Sussex, with bayside condos and easy boating access. The boating condos here offer up plentiful amenities, with the most impressive perhaps being a prime location right alongside Clam Bay.

Smokehouse Bay

You’ll also surely enjoy the waterfront condos of Smokehouse Bay. While not every condo within the development has a private dock, there are some impressive views overlooking Smokehouse Bay from the waterfront condos in this area.

Esplanade is one of around a dozen condo buildings in this particular location, with mid-rise, waterfront residences accompanied by a marina. While topping retail space and restaurants, the waterfront condos of Esplanade offer up convenience and private luxuries.
